Hydraulic Technician

• The primary responsibility of the Hydraulic Technician is to service and repair various pumps, motors, and power units including testing, trouble‑shooting, repair and assembly.
• Diagnose problems and give recommendations for repairs.
• Investigate hydraulic or pneumatic systems that are not working properly using schematics and diagnostic equipment.
• Inspect parts and various components, determine if parts are re‑workable, and write up the unit in a complete service report.

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• 1 to 3 years fluid power service and repair experience.
• Ability to read schematics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and organized.
• Must be able to lift up to 75lbs.
• Able to stand 95 to 100% of the workday.

• 2‑year fluid power associate’s degree and certification.
• 3‑5 years fluid power experience.
