• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ products
• Remove and replace residential HVAC systems
• Fabricate and install ductwork and fittings
• Install refrigerant line sets and braze connections
• Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning
• Verify airflow, refrigerant charge, and overall system performance
• Read and interpret installation manuals and blueprints
• Ensure all work complies with local code and safety requirements
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
• Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance
• Complete job documentation accurately and on time

• 2+ years of residential HVAC install experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of heating and cooling systems
• Experience with ductwork fabrication, brazing, and airflow setup
• EPA certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Frequently stands, walks, climbs ladders, works in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and confined spaces. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.

Works indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Exposure to dust, insulation, electrical components, refrigerants, and moderate to high noise levels.
