The HVAC Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains residential heating and cooling systems, while delivering high‑quality, professional service on every call.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local regulations
• Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners
• Deliver professional, high‑quality service on every call
• Complete service documentation accurately and on time
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed
• Represent Finch Electrical Heating & Air with integrity and professionalism

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerant handling
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Customer‑focused mindset with good communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Frequently stands and walks; uses hands; reaches with arms and hands; stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches; talks or hears. Occasionally sits; climbs or balances. Ability to lift exposure to varying weather conditions. May be exposed to moderate to high noise levels, confined spaces, heights, and electrical hazards.

HVAC certification or technical training preferred. EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
