We are looking for Seasonal Snow Removal Team Members for our Winter Services Site Supervisor role. This position is a key field leadership role responsible for leading a snow removal crew through snow and ice events while helping ensure our customers' properties remain safe, accessible, and clear of snow. This position leads a field team, coordinates resources, and maintains constant communication with the Snow Manager to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.

This role often works alongside the crew using a variety of snow and ice removal materials, tools, machines to ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

This position is seasonal, with variable hours based on snow events. Shifts typically range from 6 to 12 hours but may vary depending on weather conditions and snowfall amounts. Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and availability.

• Are available from November 1 through April 15.
• Have previous snow removal or crew leadership experience, preferred.
• Are able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions.
• Can safely lift 50-60 pounds without assistance.
• Can lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with team members.
• Are committed to maintaining a safe work environment and following company safety procedures.
• Can train and mentor crew members to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
• Are comfortable using a smartphone for communication, mobile dispatch, and field software.
• Can organize and prioritize work during high-pressure weather events.
• Have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Are punctual, reliable, and passionate about delivering a high level of service.
• Have a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• Can pass a company safety training course.

• Leading and supervising a snow removal crew during snow and ice events.
• Ensuring assigned properties are serviced safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Conducting equipment inspections and reporting maintenance needs.
• Training and supporting crew members in safe operating procedures and quality expectations.
• Maintaining accurate job status updates using company technology and field software.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for customers while on site.
• Promoting teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions
• Maintain good physical condition to be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance
• Valid and Clean driver's license with no restrictions, and the ability to be insured by From the Ground Up.
• Valid DOT card or the ability and willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work well with and lead other team members
• Pass a company safety training course
• Ability to use a smartphone for two-way communication, mobile dispatch, and our field software
• Work well under high-pressure situations
• Be punctual, reliable, and passionate about providing a high level of service to our customers.
• Minimum 1 year experience leading teams
