About the position:

We are looking for Seasonal Snow Removal team members for our Sidewalk Crew
. This role will use a shovel and snow blower to keep our customers' properties safe and cleared of snow.

This position is seasonal, with variable hours based on snow events. Shifts range from 6 to 12 hours, but vary based on the storm. Pay is varied based on applicant experience & availability.

We are looking for people who:

• Are available from November 1 to April 15th
• Able to work outdoors in freezing weather conditions
• Maintain good physical condition to be able to lift 50-60 pounds without assistance
• Ability to work well with other team members to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
• Pass a company safety training course
• Ability to use a smartphone for two-way communication, mobile dispatch, and our field software
• Work well under high-pressure situations
• Be punctual, reliable, and passionate about providing a high level of service to our customers.

Requirements:
