Logistics Truck Driver

Village Green is hiring a full‑time Logistics Truck Driver to operate a variety of trucks including a semi, hook truck, curtain side strait truck, single axle dump, and quad axel dump.

Pay Range: $25.00–$32.00 /hour DOE

• Operating a variety of trucks to meet the varied needs of the organization including a semi, hook truck, curtain side strait truck, single axle dump, and quad axel dump.
• Responsible for hauling landscape and snow removal materials such as dirt, class 5, salt, and snow.
• Operate salt trucks for commercial snow management.
• Operate and maintain all equipment within company safety and preventive maintenance standards.
• Maintain records of job status.
• Proficient in the use of various operating systems and technology to track and report jobs.
• Work collaboratively with the team and company leadership.
• Work autonomously, demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrate high‑quality decision making in a fast‑paced and quickly evolving environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class B commercial driver’s license with air brake endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug test.
• Flexible work hours.

• Class A commercial driver’s license.
• Experience with driving a truck with a manual transmission.
