Parks Maintenance Operator - Savage

The City of Savage is now accepting applications for a full-time, year-round Maintenance Operator position in the Parks Division. Parks Maintenance Operators work individually and as part of a team to effectively and efficiently maintain the City's parks, ball fields and open spaces for the safe use and enjoyment of Savage residents and the general public.

Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., however the position also requires response to call-ins on evenings, weekends and holidays for snow and ice operations.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of related experience. Position requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), with tanker endorsement and no restriction on air brakes, within one year of hire and for duration of employment. (Must have at least a valid Class B license at time of application.)
