firstPRO 360 is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to join our client's team in the Atlanta area! Hybrid and 100% in office roles.
Responsibilities- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Posting high volume of payables, conducting research, and reconciliation
- 2 & 3 way matching
- Associate degree in accounting or 3-5 years of experience
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
