Job Description

Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Savannah, GA office!

3-month contract. 100% on-site and the hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm and Friday 7:30am-11:30am.

This position is a temporary Administrative Assistant role supporting an employee who will be out on medical leave.

Skills and Requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to keep up with rapidly changing technology
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and respond to multiple project managers
  • Proactive and detail oriented, working with a sense of urgency
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe - Related experience in an Engineering/Architectural consulting industry preferred
