** JOB DESCRIPTION** |

* Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

** This position is responsible for supporting the Internal Operations team by working with our Projects, subcontractor payroll or Field Service Support Teams.  
*
* Position Responsibilities:

* * Support the Operations Department by reviewing and processing orders for construction projects.
* Receive orders from email and internal systems, ensuring all required details are included.
* Verify accuracy of key data such as material types, quantities, colors and delivery dates.
* Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information prior to submission.
* Ensure orders align with project specifications, estimates, and timelines.
* Submit finalized and verified orders to vendors for processing.
* Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure project readiness throughout the construction process.
* Collaborate with Field Management to confirm readiness in the field.
* Research, troubleshoot and resolve issues or errors as they arise.
* Update order statuses and related information in the database.
* Merge information on data points such as Neighborhood, Lot Number, House Plan Design, Elevation, etc... to create a new “Project.”
* Respond to sales team inquiries via email and phone.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned. |## Qualifications|  |  || --- | --- ||

** Position Requirements:*
* * A minimum of 2 years office experience working in a detail-oriented position, construction background helpful.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* Strong customer service & excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
* Experience working as a team member toward shared goals.
* Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel (Google Docs & Sheets)
* Work Ethic & Dependability, a positive attitude and attention to detail are necessary for success. |
