Our client, a healthcare administrative services provider, is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Administrative Department supporting Office Staff and Patient Services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title

Bilingual (Spanish) Administrative Assistant

Location/Schedule

Midtown SAV/M-W 8am-5pm, Th 8am-7pm, and F 8am-2pm

Pay Range

$15.00/hour

What’s the Job?
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate department
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars as needed
  • Greet and assist patients/clients visiting the office
  • Provide general administrative support to office staff
  • Maintain a professional and organized front office environment

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
