Summary:
Rutgers University-Camden, Division of Impact and Community Engagement (DICE) seeks a Program Facilitator (Clerical Assistant Casual/Part-time). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the duties listed below.
- Supports the daily operations of The Bridge to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
- Monitors and maintains inventory of office and program supplies; coordinates weekly inventory orders.
- Assists with general administrative tasks, including organization of materials and shared spaces.
- Develops and manages student employee work schedules to ensure consistent Welcome Desk coverage.
- Communicates scheduling updates and expectations to student staff.
- Provides guidance and support to student employees during assigned shifts.
- Assists with coordination and execution of programs and events, including setup and breakdown.
- Serves as a point of contact for questions related to space usage, equipment, and event logistics.
- Coordinates with campus partners, including the Events Office, to support event planning and implementation.
- Assists with catering coordination and related communications.
- Performs other duties as assigned in support of departmental goals and operations.
This is a grant funded position contingent upon the availability of funds to support it.
Position Term: 6‑month appointment.
FLSA: Nonexempt.
Salary Details: Starting at $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications:
Minimum
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent, and/or up to 4 years of relevant office, clerical, bookkeeping, library assistant or related experience depending on the duties to be performed. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the experience requirement.
