Description We are looking for a dependable Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Savannah, Georgia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping work organized, communicating professionally, and handling a variety of clerical tasks with accuracy. The role will involve front-office support, document management, data entry, and routine use of Microsoft 365 tools to help the team stay efficient and responsive.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day administrative activities to maintain an organized and productive office environment.

- Welcome visitors and handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts.

- Enter, update, and maintain records with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.

- Organize physical and digital files so documents are easy to access and properly maintained.

- Prepare routine correspondence, forms, and other written materials using standard office software.

- Support scheduling, general clerical work, and other office coordination tasks as needed.

- Use Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook and Excel, to manage communication, calendars, and basic reporting.

- Assist with additional administrative processes and evolving office needs as responsibilities expand. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist-based role.

- Ability to manage inbound calls and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.

- Strong data entry skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.

- Comfortable performing filing, document organization, and general clerical support tasks.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Excel.

- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and remain organized in a busy office setting.
