Team Vicar - Part Time

Overview

We are a newly created Benefice of three rural parishes with a new Team Rector and we are looking for a new Team Vicar to complete our team.

You will work alongside ordained colleagues and lay leaders in the three parishes, focusing primarily on the two church communities closest to where you will live in Bradfield Southend.

The rectory is newly renovated to a high standard and provides a spacious setting in a delightful location. The churches in our Benefice offer a range of worship styles, both traditional and contemporary, and we aim to extend God’s Kingdom in this beautiful area.

Our particular desire is to reach out to children and their families, but we will focus the post on whatever gifts you can contribute.

• Collaborate with ordained colleagues and lay leaders across the three parishes.
• Lead worship and ministry in the two primary church communities near Bradfield Southend.
• Work to extend the church’s outreach to children and families.
• Support the pastoral and administrative needs of the Benefice.

• All appointments are subject to acceptable pre‑appointment checks, including a satisfactory Enhanced DBS Check.
