Job Title
Enrollment and Student Support Specialist

Schedule37.5 hours per week (non‑exempt)
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Office of Student Affairs and Admissions, delivering high‑quality customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external visitors via in‑person interactions, phone, and email.
- Assist with processing prospective student applications and facilitating the application review process.
- Manage data entry, exports, and reports, and maintain digital application filing systems on the Pharmacy Admissions network drive.
- Communicate with applicants at various stages of the admission process, schedule and confirm PharmD applicant interview appointments, and prepare materials for interviews and acceptance packets.
- Coordinate the registration process for the Pharmacy Scholars Summer Program and maintain daily class attendance reports.
- Assist with audits of student professional engagement activities, database maintenance for newly admitted students, and inventory management of office supplies and student‑related items.
- Support planning and management of events such as open houses, information sessions, admissions interviews, new student orientations, White Coat, pinning, hooding, honors and awards, and commencement ceremonies.
- Provide administrative support for the Director of Student Affairs’ teaching and service activities and perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Three years of administrative support experience, or equivalent college coursework plus at least one year of administrative support experience.
- Experience working with data/databases and delivering customer service.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities to address admissions and student‑affairs issues.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows databases, CRM systems (preferably Slate, CAS), Zoom, Canvas, Exam Soft, Anthology, and Qualtrics.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication, with strong grammar and punctuation.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to code expenses accurately to general‑ledger accounts and manage budget and expense reporting.
- Strong collaboration skills and initiative, with experience planning large events of 250+ participants.
