Job Title
This position is responsible for assisting schools with collecting, entering, and generating reports on student data for student support and meeting local, state and federal requirements. This is a school-based, transient position.

RequirementsEducation Level: A GED or a standard high school diploma from a GaDOE-approved and accredited institution is required.
Experience, Skill, and Certification:
- Two years of experience in data processing on an enterprise system.
- Ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
- Ability to learn new concepts, work with limited supervision, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with frequent interruptions while engaged with multiple assigned tasks.
- Ability to work in teams and express ideas clearly in both written and oral communication.
- Required to score 90% or higher on a pre-employment Data Entry Skills test.
- Required to complete Data Ethics course and pass assessment with a score of 90% or higher within two months of employment.

Knowledge and understanding of student data systems
Incumbents will be considered "at will." Appropriate pay will be determined based on the Grade as determined by Human Resources and allowable experience. This is a 250-day position. (Grade 103, Non-Exempt) This position may be filled as 49% or Full Time.
