Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and organized Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations across multiple businesses, including a Flood & Remediation company and household management tasks. This is a dynamic role that requires someone flexible, motivated, and ready to jump in wherever needed. Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Office Administration – Flood & Remediation Company

  • Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and calendar management

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and coordinate with technicians and vendors

  • Help maintain digital records, files, and light bookkeeping

  • There is also an EXTRA COMMISSION INCENTIVE

2. Household Manager/Personal Assistance

  • Run errands (grocery shopping, pickups/drop-offs, etc.)

  • Coordinate appointments, maintenance, and home organization tasks

  • Assist with light household duties or special projects

Qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Able to multitask across various industries

  • Comfortable with both office and hands-on tasks

  • Strong communication skills

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Previous experience in administration, hospitality, or personal assistant roles is a plus

  • Xactimate experience is a plus
