Jr. Vendor Onboarding Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented entry-level professional with around 1 year of internship or professional experience. You will support a team responsible for onboarding new items/products onto an e-commerce site.

This is a 12-month contract (potential for extension or conversion into a permanent role).

You can work remotely, but MUST be based in Georgia.

PAY RATE: $17/hour

• Run reports to extract product data
• Audit data for accuracy and verify that content and images meet company compliance and legal requirements
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on supplier onboarding status

• Bachelor’s Degree (must have)
• 1 year professional work or internship experience
• Proficiency in Excel for organizing, sorting, and managing datasets
• Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable providing clear, concise updates to cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
