Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager at our Savannah, GA location. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, manage customer accounts, generate leads, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, overseeing sales strategies, and working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed targets. The position requires effective communication and a results-driven approach to achieve goals in alignment with the company’s mission.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Inside Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and building strong client relationships
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong background in Account Management and maintaining client partnerships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the steel industry or a related field is an advantage
