About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Supply Chain Procurement team. This internship offers hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. You'll work closely with experienced professionals to support purchasing activities, analyze market trends, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Support buyer teams with daily tasks.

* Analyze purchase requisitions.

* Monitor supplier performance and help resolve delivery or quality issues.

* Maintain procurement records and update databases with accurate information.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and operations.

* Participate in process improvement initiatives and cost analysis projects.

Education Preferences

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

* Preferred:
Rising sophomore (entering junior year in the fall) with the ability to complete two internship rotations prior to graduation.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Other Requirements:

* Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.

* Completion of sophomore year is required. prior to the internship start date.

* Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (without rounding); must be listed on resume.

* Rotation Requirements:
Juniors - 2 rotations;
Seniors & Graduate Students - 1 rotation.

* Minimum duration: 12-14 weeks (summer); 14-16 weeks (spring and fall).

* Must be onsite; this is not a remote position.

* Must have reliable transportation.

This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
