We’re seeking a results-driven National Business Development Manager to build and grow Dumawall’s distributor network across the USA. This role requires experience working with plumbing supply distributors and leveraging strong industry connections. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience with products related to bathroom installations and remodeling and leverage those industry relationships to build a nationwide distributor network. Once the network is built, the role will focus on growing sales and supporting distributors with projects and market opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS- Associate degree or equivalent experience in sales or business administration.
- Proven track record (7+ years) in business development or sales leadership within plumbing supply distribution or related industries.
- Established national relationships with distributors, showrooms, or renovation channel partners.
- History of successfully launching a new product line and scaling market adoption.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter who thrives with independence and extensive travel.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams.
- Results-oriented with strong project and account management competencies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Strong customer orientation and resourcefulness in finding information and solutions.
Up to 80% travel across the U.S.
