• Lead, manage, and grow a high‑performing sales team aligned with company goals.
• Build and refine sales processes that drive measurable results and accountability.
• Hire, coach, and mentor sales representatives through ongoing training and development.
• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and team performance to leadership.
• Partner with the General Manager to align sales execution with business objectives.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience through a people‑first, service‑driven approach.
• Stay current on market trends, competitive positioning, and industry best practices.

• 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading high‑performing teams and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience implementing scalable sales systems and accountability frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• HVAC, plumbing, or home services experience preferred.
• All candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screen.
