Operations Manager
A growing, multi-disciplinary engineering and project delivery firm seeking a senior commercial leader to drive new revenue, strengthen client partnerships, and expand market presence within the power and industrial sectors.
We are seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations within a high-volume engineering and manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring output targets are met, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement across the shop floor.
The successful candidate will work closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support the production of heavy equipment, components, and assemblies used in construction and industrial applications.
Qualifications- Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and quality standards
- Ability to read production schedules, work instructions, and basic technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Diploma or degree in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a related field is an advantage
