We are looking for a Post Entry Specialist to support post‑entry compliance and oversight for US customs filings.

• Maintain a professional relationship with US Customs.
• Prepare letters, reports, and supporting documents for US Customs, including unreleased entries and cancellations.
• Update entries to US Customs and ensure accuracy before filing.
• Manage Post Entry Services for US operations.
• Oversee a reconciliation project.
• Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a well‑organized calendar to balance meetings, tasks, and initiatives.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and sound decision‑making.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CCS designation.
• Preferred 3 years of industry‑related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Understanding of US operations/CBP requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot customs‑related issues.
• Legally eligible to work for the company at all times.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel occasionally to Canada, USA, or Mexico.
