We are seeking dedicated, results-driven professionals to work one-on-one with clients with developmental and physical disabilities. Your primary mission is to empower clients to find meaningful employment and provide the strategic, ongoing support necessary for them to thrive in the workplace. By conducting targeted meetings, partnering with local employers, and cultivating deep professional relationships, you will help clients achieve their vocational goals and grow both socially and professionally.

  Provide high-quality, one-on-one professional guidance to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Goal Alignment: Conduct structured, regular assessments to identify clients' unique skills, assets, and long-term career goals.
• Workforce Preparation: Equip clients with essential job-search techniques, including resume development and interview preparation.
• Employer Partnerships: Proactively collaborate and partner with local businesses to identify hiring needs and facilitate successful job placements.
• Market Outreach: Actively assist clients in securing employment through applications, strategic professional networking, and community outreach.
• Retention Support: Provide exceptional, on-the-job advocacy and ongoing guidance to ensure lasting workplace success and true independence for our clients.

• Travel: This position requires consistent travel in the field to meet with clients and partner employers. Candidates must be comfortable traveling up to one hour away.
• Education: A college degree or professional certificates in Education, Management, Ministry, or a related field are preferred.
• Certifications: Professional credentials, specialized training certificates, religious licenses, or academic transcripts showing relevant class training are highly valued.

• Full-time position: 35-40 hours per week
• Base Salary: $42,000 per year
