Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability.;
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in Quality, Service & Cleanliness and take actions to convert dissatisfied guests into regular guests.;
Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues and maintain staffing plans; interview and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.;
Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitary practices; maintain health inspection and Steritech scores at or above 90%.;
Manage shift operations, security procedures, and timely reporting; meet financial goals and adhere to Sterling policies.
