Client Service Assistant
The Client Service Assistant (CSA) role is an entry-level opportunity to gain exposure to the insurance industry. You will work alongside and support the activities of our Client Service Associates, Executives, and Producers through performing a range of service and marketing activities while maintaining a well-rounded, current knowledge of insurance products and coverages.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
WHAT YOU’LL DO (Essential Job Tasks)- Inquiries relating to general client service from clients and their employees regarding benefit coverages and questions
- Basic understanding of Compliance topics (DOL, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, etc.)
- Cultivation of carrier and client relationships
- Marketing efforts and plan implementation for new business and renewals
- Preparation and presentation of analysis for renewal and marketing results
- Preparation of enrollment materials and presentations
- Set up and maintenance of benefit administration systems
- Maintenance of client information in Agency Management System
- Eligibility services including employee additions and terminations for select employer groups
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
Auditing invoices and eligibility - Other tasks as assigned
