Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Residential Builder with a proven background in townhome and condominium construction. This individual will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of residential construction for townhome and condominium projects
• Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations, including scheduling, quality control, and safety
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications
• Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work for accuracy and constructability
• Conduct jobsite meetings and provide regular progress updates to leadership
• Manage project documentation, change orders, and closeout activities
• Maintain strong relationships with trade partners and local municipalities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building townhomes and/or condominiums
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, building codes, and inspections
• Experience working for a builder/developer preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple units or buildings simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license (local travel only)
