We are seeking local Superintendents who love to travel for project assignments and are eager to build cutting‑edge hospitality projects. The role requires strong onsite leadership, client relationship skills, and the ability to manage complex construction schedules.
Responsibilities- Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction progress, quality control, and a clean site.
- Develop comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments, including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.
- Work in partnership with the Project Manager to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects status changes and meets cost and time requirements.
- Maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations, and any deviations from the project direction.
- Promote positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors, while instilling this philosophy in the project team.
- 10+ years experience as a Superintendent on complex, luxury hospitality projects ranging from $30 million and above, with a background in renovations and historic renovations.
- Willingness to travel to Charleston, SC and other locations as required.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and paying close attention to critical details of hospitality construction.
- Experience managing out‑of‑the‑ground complex renovation work in occupied and unoccupied environments, urban and suburban locations, and a complete understanding of high‑level finishes.
- Experience managing and developing a team.
- Extensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
- Experience in computer technology.
- National travel required for this position.

Salary Range InformationBase Salary Range: $120,000 – $150,000 The range is South Carolina based. Placement within the listed range depends on factors such as years of experience, project size capability, and internal company equity. Candidates in other geographic markets will also be considered; compensation ranges for those locations may vary based on local market conditions and cost of labor.
