Job Description
- Oversee daily on-site construction activities and coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
- Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA compliance
- Coordinate inspections, scheduling, and site logistics
- Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, and trade partners
- Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience in light industrial, aviation, and base building projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
- Ability to lead crews and subcontractors in an active jobsite environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Must be local to Savannah, GA (or very familiar with the area)
- Competitive compensation package up to $100,000
