Job Description

• Lead and manage ground-up construction projects within the light industrial sector (warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, etc.)
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle: preconstruction, planning, execution, and closeout
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays
• Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in construction
• Proven track record delivering ground-up light industrial/base building projects
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and scheduling
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and subcontractors
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work fully on-site / locally in Savannah
