Stretch, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, push, pull, shovel, walk, stand and squat to support paving work;
Maintain reliable attendance and adhere to safety and performance standards;
Support day-to-day paving tasks and site operations;
Assist with material handling and equipment as needed
