Salary Range: $20.00 To $20.00 Annually

About the Role:

We are in need of two outdoormanual laborers willing to aid us in a current construction renovation project. Hours are Monday to Friday 7AM-3:30pm (sometimes Saturday)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in property maintenance and construction support.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Valid work authorization for employment in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction or maintenance settings.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, and debris removal to maintain safe and orderly property conditions.

Skills:

The required skills enable the Manual Laborer to efficiently perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and using hand tools, which are essential for daily property maintenance and preparation activities.
