- Lead field operations for marine and heavy civil construction projects
- Coordinate labor, subcontractors, barges, cranes, and marine equipment
- Manage schedules, safety, quality, and production goals
- Oversee daily operations including pile installation, cofferdams, bulkheads, docks, bridge elements, and concrete operations
- Maintain communication with PMs, owners, engineers, and inspectors
- Conduct planning meetings and ensure manpower/equipment availability
- Drive project execution while maintaining budget and schedule
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience within Marine or Heavy Civil construction
- MUST have direct experience working on water
- Strong knowledge of marine logistics and marine equipment operations
- Marine pile driving
- Bulkheads
- Docks / piers
- Bridge or waterfront structures
- Heavy civil earthwork and concrete preferred
- OSHA knowledge and strong safety leadership
- Ability to travel as projects require
- USACE / DOT / Port Authority projects
- Bridge or marine foundation work
- Self‑perform contractor environment
- Scheduling exposure (Primavera / MS Project)
