Drywall Estimator
A well-established interior specialty contractor with a growing Southeast footprint is adding a Drywall Estimator to its Savannah, GA area office. The company serves healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality across a regional radius, handling new construction and renovation. This office manages over $20 million in annual contracts and is on a rapid growth path, opening new regional offices each year. For a strong estimator who wants to own pre-construction for a real book of work and grow into a senior role inside a low-turnover, high-autonomy culture, this is a legitimate opportunity.
Anticipated $85,000–$110,000, based on experience
Performance-based bonus — paid on individual and company results

Own the pre-construction cycle for the Savannah office — site surveys, takeoffs, bid assembly, and coordination with the main pre-con team
Review plans and specs to develop accurate material and labor estimates
Attend site walks for renovation and new construction bids; photograph and document field conditions
Price change orders and support project teams with budget tracking through construction
Build and maintain subcontractor relationships for competitive pricing
Partner with the main office estimating division on complex or large-scale bids
5–7 years of commercial construction estimating experience — required
Proficiency in OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and Quick Bid — required, no exceptions
Background in drywall, interior framing, flooring, sheathing, or roofing estimating — required
Healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality project experience
Non-union commercial construction environment
Bilingual English/Spanish a meaningful advantage
