Bottom Line Construction is seeking a Superintendent to provide hands‑on field leadership and oversee day‑to‑day operations across active structural concrete construction projects throughout North Carolina. This role serves as the primary field leader responsible for coordinating crews, managing schedules, resolving jobsite challenges, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate is a proven construction professional with strong structural concrete experience, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive project success while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.

Reports To: Operations Team, COO, and/or Plant Manager

Direct Reports: Field crews ranging from 4–15+ employees depending on project scope

• Manage daily onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Coordinate labor resources to support efficient project execution.
• Maintain project schedules and production timelines.
• Ensure projects remain productive and aligned with company expectations.
• Support successful delivery of structural concrete projects across multiple job sites.

• Lead and manage field crews, subcontractors, and trade partners.
• Serve as the primary field resource for builders, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety.
• Mentor and develop crew members while promoting operational excellence.

• Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and material order issues.
• Process and coordinate change orders.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and critical information to Project Managers and leadership.
• Collaborate closely with project management teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Maintain jobsite safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout field operations.

• 3–5+ years of relevant construction experience required.
• Previous Superintendent experience strongly preferred.
• Strong experience in structural concrete construction environments.

• Post-Tension Certification preferred.
