Custom Residential Project Superintendent

Pioneer Construction is seeking an experienced Custom Residential Project Superintendent to oversee the day‑to‑day field operations of high‑end custom residential projects throughout the Savannah market. The successful candidate will possess an exceptional attention to detail, strong planning abilities, and outstanding communication skills. This individual must be capable of anticipating issues before they arise, coordinating multiple trades at a high level, and delivering a finished product that exceeds the expectations of discerning homeowners, architects, and designers.

The Superintendent will report directly to the Project Manager and will serve as the primary field leader responsible for safety, quality, schedule adherence, subcontractor management, and client satisfaction.

We are looking for a full‑time Administrative Assistant to join our team.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.

We are looking for a qualified Construction Superintendent to oversee construction worksite as assigned, providing direct oversight of the worksite, coordinating activities and employees, and supporting the successful completion of the project.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven record in managing multiple projects of varying risk, scope, and complexity. Responsibilities include overall direction and managing multiple projects, budgeting, planning and scheduling, forecasting, collections, financial management, marketing/sales, client relations, and project technical support. The Project Manager will serve as the liaison between clients and stakeholders, coordinator project scopes, goals, deliverables and timelines, manage changes in scope, budget, and schedule, and provide regular status reporting.

The Project Manager will act as the primary contact for projects and ongoing customer relationships, advocating enhancements and customizations on behalf of the client and supporting initiatives by understanding customer operations and challenges and recommending solutions as needed.
