Assist asphalt paving crews in road and highway paving operations;
Perform physical tasks including stretching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing, pulling, shoveling, walking, standing and squatting to support the crew;
Follow safety and performance standards while on the job;
Adapt to varying shifts and project locations (Georgia and South Carolina)
