WWTP Construction Personnel - Project Managers and Superintendents

Job Description

Savannah Based Wastewater Treatment Plant General Contractor has an urgent need for Construction Assistant Project Managers (APM), Project Engineers (PE), Project Managers and Superintendents for construction jobs for water and waste water treatment plant (W/WWTP) projects along the east coast of GA and SC from Jacksonville, FL to Charleston, SC.This company is growing and there is a tremendous opportunity to advance as it continues to grow.

Typical project sizes are $5M - $50M in value.

APM Requirements
:

• At least 1 year of experience working on Water or Waste Water treatment plant (W/WWTP) projects for a General Contractor as a Project Engineer (PE) or Assistant Project Manager (APM) is required.
• A 4-year construction related degree is required.
• You must live in the coastal region of GA or SC or be willing to relocate here. Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
• When assigned to a project outside commuting distance of your home location, in coastal GA or SC, travel and living expenses will be paid.

PM Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working on Water or Waste Water treatment plant (W/WWTP) projects for a General Contractor as a Project Manager
• Experience working on projects in the $5M-$50M range preferred.

Superintendent Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience working on Water or Waste Water treatment plant (W/WWTP) projects for a General Contractor as a Superintendent
• Experience working on projects in the $5M-$50M range preferred.
• You must live in the coastal region of GA or SC or be willing to relocate here. Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
• When assigned to a project outside commuting distance of your home location, in coastal GA or SC, travel and living expenses will be paid.

Compensation
:

• APM: $70,000 - $110,000/year, depending on experience
• PM: $120,000-$140,000/year, depending on experience
• Superintendent: $120,000-$140,000/year, depending on experience
