A well-establishedinterior specialty contractor with agrowing Southeast footprint is adding aDrywall Estimator to its Savannah, GA area office. The company serves healthcare,multifamily, and hospitality across aregional radius, handling new construction and renovation. Thisoffice manages over $20 million inannual contracts and is on a rapid growth path, opening new regional offices each year. • Anticipated $85,000–$110,000, based on experience

Overview:

• Own thepre-construction cycle for the Savannahoffice — site surveys, takeoffs, bidassembly, and coordination with themain pre-con team
• Review plans andspecs to develop accurate material andlabor estimates
• Attend site walks forrenovation and new construction bids;photograph and document field conditions
• Price change orders and support project teams with budgettracking through construction
• Buildand maintain subcontractorrelationships for competitive pricing
• Partner with the main office estimatingdivision on complex or large-scale bids

Skills and Experience:

• 5–7years of commercial construction estimating experience — required
• Proficiency in OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and Quick Bid — required, no exceptions
• Background in drywall, interiorframing, flooring, sheathing, orroofing estimating — required
• Healthcare, multifamily, or hospitalityproject experience
• Non-unioncommercial construction environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish a meaningfuladvantage
