We are seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and successful completion of commercial plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with extensive knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices.

• Manage all phases of commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
• Procure materials, equipment, and subcontracted services as needed.
• Monitor project costs and profitability while maintaining accurate financial reporting.
• Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Resolve project issues, conflicts, and scheduling challenges promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and closeout documents.
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when required.
• Mentor field supervisors, foremen, and project coordinators.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial plumbing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, equipment, and installation methods.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of project scheduling and construction management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license is a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with Procore, Viewpoint, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar construction management software.
