Operate asphalt roller safely and efficiently to compact earth, subgrade, and asphalt surfaces in the construction of highways and streets;
Follow preparatory work, grades, drainage, paving patterns, and other details related to asphalt paving;
Ensure proper compaction and smoothness by controlling roller operations from the paver to required depths;
Perform minor servicing and maintenance and refer major problems to the supervisor;
Adhere to project specifications and work across GA and SC depending on the project
