The company manages a growing portfolio of healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality projects within a regional radius. This is a field‑based leadership role overseeing multiple active projects at once, with one company‑grade superintendent already on staff and an 18‑story hotel breaking ground this fall.

• Anticipated $85,000–$105,000, based on experience
• Performance‑based bonus — historically significant; varies with project and company performance

• Oversee multiple active commercial construction projects at once: check in on subcontractor crews, verify material availability, monitor quality, and elevate issues
• Take dedicated ownership of large‑scale projects as needed
• Attend project meetings, coordinate with project managers, and support scheduling and manpower tracking
• Hold finish quality on high‑end commercial interior work before it reaches the owner
• Field‑based with periodic visits to the Savannah warehouse
• Report directly to the regional office manager

• 5–7 years of commercial metal framing and drywall superintendent experience — required
• Cold‑form metal framing and non‑structural metal framing background — required
• Non‑union commercial construction; experience managing piecework subcontractor crews — required
• Healthcare, multifamily, or hospitality project experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish a significant plus
• Strong quality control instincts on high‑end commercial interior finish work
