Kukdo Chemical () is a global manufacturer of epoxy resins, curing agents, and specialty chemical materials, serving a broad range of industrial markets, with annual revenue exceeding $1.2 billion and more than 800 employees in South Korea.
As part of our continued expansion in the United States, we are developing a new greenfield chemical manufacturing project in the southeastern U.S. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to lead the project through development, construction, commissioning, and closeout.

The project is currently in the final site-selection and development phase.
The successful candidate will be expected to work primarily at the selected project site
once the location is finalized. Regular project-site presence is required during development,
transitioning to primarily on-site work once construction begins.
[Responsibilities]- Lead the project from site due diligence through engineering, contractor selection, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
- Serve as the Owner's primary project representative and coordinate engineering firms, EPC/GC contractors, consultants, utilities, vendors, and government stakeholders.
- Manage overall project scope, schedule, cost, budget, risk, and change orders.
- Oversee site development, utilities, permitting, construction activities, and contractor performance.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements for safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
- Support procurement and contractor selection, including RFPs, bid evaluation, negotiations.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to the project leader.
- Coordinate mechanical completion, commissioning, startup support, punch list, and project closeout.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of industrial / manufacturing project experience
- Experience with major U.S. capital projects; $50M+

- Strong leadership in complex industrial capital projects
- Solid knowledge of U.S. engineering, construction, commissioning, project controls, cost, schedule, risk, and change management
- Strong contractor/vendor management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
