We’re looking for Collections Representatives who are persuasive, professional, and results-driven. Help customers resolve outstanding balances while maintaining a respectful and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and email.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
• Update account information and payment statuses.
• Follow up on broken promises and missed payments.
• Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Maintain detailed records of all collection activities.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices is a plus.
• Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred.

Subject to the program and location of the position

• Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
