Position OverviewThe Evening Virtual Banker provides professional digital banking support to customers outside of standard business hours. This role focuses on resolving service issues, managing account inquiries and delivering prompt, accurate assistance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional service via online and phone channels.
- Process deposits, transfers and account updates accurately.
- Handle after‑hours inquiries and resolve service issues.
- Educate customers on mobile and online banking features.
- Maintain compliance with all security protocols and policies.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in banking or virtual customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during non‑traditional hours.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
- Willingness to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint; job offers are contingent on investigation results.
- Willingness to submit to drug screening; job offers are contingent on drug screening results (does not apply in Canada).

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary, required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and a telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier and printer, and may occasionally need to move around the office, reach in any direction and lift up to 40 pounds.
