Customer Service Rep, Retail Associate/ Customer Service, Event Manager / Planner
Purpose
Join the Parks and Recreation Division today as a Clubhouse Attendant. This position is responsible for providing customer service for the tennis facility.

We look forward to having you onboard! Essential Job Functions- Runs the Pro Shop, including balancing the register, counting inventory, communicating with co-workers about upcoming events, collecting and documenting the collection of team fees, and answering the phone.
- Cleans and maintains courts, including rolling clay court sweep lines and restocking inventory.
- Communicates with captains regarding match times, practice, and changes.
- Assists in setting up tournaments and other special events.
- Provides customer service.
- Researches possible court accessories, maintenance equipment, and contractors.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED; with one (1) year of experience dealing with general public in cashiering or concessions; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds required and must possess a valid driver's license.

Varies - Evenings and weekends work as scheduled.
Background investigation, including supervised drug screen, post offer/pre-employment medical screen; and verification of education, certifications, and licenses required prior to employment.
