This is a full-time, on-site Travel Advisor role at our Savannah, GA office. The Travel Advisor will be responsible for meeting client travel needs by planning and booking personalized travel itineraries. This includes handling flight, accommodation, and transportation arrangements, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. The Travel Advisor will also prioritize excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Customer Service and customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on providing personalized support to clients.
- Proficiency in Travel Arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and other travel components.
- Experience with Travel Agency operations and familiarity with travel industry systems.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively understand and fulfill client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing individual responsibilities in an on-site work environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to plan and coordinate complex travel itineraries.
- Passion for travel and a client‑centric approach are highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field is an advantage.
