Our Old Savannah Distillery Concierges (Cocktail Concierges) are stationed within the entrance way of the brand new Old Savannah Distillery, providing excellent customer service to guests. An ideal concierge must have a passion for helping people, a sincere love of history and the culture of our city, and be knowledgeable about all offerings within the Old Savannah Distillery Campus. Effectively sell the appropriate Cocktail Tasting package to the guest based on knowledge of our products, pricing and all ticket packages to meet sales goals.

Essential Functions- Greet everyone you meet with a smile and prompt service; extend courtesy, friendliness, and hospitality.
- Give every guest the ultimate compliment of recognition and attention; guide them to the best offerings based on their interest during their time in your city.
- Be knowledgeable and passionate about our products and the most popular things to do at each trolley stop.
- Utilize exceptional sales skills including strong pitch, prospecting, handling objections, cross‑selling, upselling, and closing the deal.
- Present the cost of Old Savannah Distillery Cocktail tastings in an enticing way to persuade guests to upgrade to various premium packages.
Skills and Abilities
- Accurately handle transactions and receipts from sales, secure and maintain ticket inventory and company assets.
- Work independently within established rules and regulations to satisfy guests’ needs.
- Work well with all people while maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor.
- Read, write and speak fluent English to communicate with fellow CAST members and the general public.
- Flexibility to work 3‑4 days/week from 9:45 am – 5:00 pm, including weekends and holidays.
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Customer service, sales, or information center experience preferred.
- Competitive pay and paid training:
Earn $15 per hour plus uncapped commission. - All FT employees eligible for paid vacation time, company‑sponsored health and wellness plans.
