Customer Support Specialist – German Speaker

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in German
• Support customers in Spanish when needed
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful solutions
• Log interactions accurately and raise when appropriate

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2)
• Spanish at minimum B2 level
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working on-site in Valencia
